The Trinity Nursery
Babies and toddlers
are well cared for at Trinity's nursery, and they have a good
time too! Nancy Metcalf, the volunteer nursery coordinator, and her team
have assembled a great room full of toys.
And there are also coloring supplies and snacks.
When it's busy, there are always more volunteers ready to come
on in.
Parents who aren't completely comfortable leaving their children
in the nursery yet can stay and observe if they like or they can
worship in the Trinity Cafe, which is right outside the nursery.
That way,
if there's any need for them, the caretakers can find them right
away. It really cuts down on anxiety. When children get a little older - sometimes 3, most often by
4, they can start stayign in worship for the first 20-30 minutes
and then join the younger Sunday School class after the kids' message
in worship. (Little ones in worship also get tp play instruments
with the praise music!)
And of course, parents are always welcome to keep their children
with them in worship. Trinity has always welcomed children, and
we can handle a little bit of noise. Jesus did too!
Come and see us next Sunday!
