A nasty case of sibling rivalry had broken out in the Corinthian Church as to who were the “most spiritual,” and the women were behaving more like pagan priestesses than Christian converts. The Apostle Paul warns the Corinthians that every spiritual gift, no matter how spectacular, must be exercised in Christian humility. He reminds us the only thing that will survive into eternity is the quality of our relationships on earth. How’s your love walk?
