Alpha – Help others begin or rekindle a relationship with Jesus Christ

Fellowship and Assimilation Opportunities – Help people to connect
o Refreshment hour Host or Hostess: One Sunday a month during the refreshment hour, either after the 9am service or the 11am service, volunteer to circulate and make introductions between new visitors and members, facilitating friendships. o New Visitor Greeter: A minimum of one Sunday a month greet visitors at the front door, provide an information packet and request that they sign our guest registry contact Wave Armijo at 916-373-1330 or wave.armijo@charter.net for details.

Worship Opportunities – Help us all to worship God
o Video Camera Operator - operate the camera at the 9:00 and/or 11:00 services – Contact Russ Throop (419-8319 or RThroop@ez-electric.com)
o Presentation Software Operator – set up presentations and operate the computer during worship on a rotational basis depending on the number of volunteers (i.e. once a month or once every 6 weeks, etc.) – Contact Russ Throop (419-8319 or RThroop@ez-electric.com)
o Sound Board Operator - operates the sound board at the 9:00 and/or 11:00 services – Contact Russ Throop (419-8319 or RThroop@ez-electric.com)
o Greeters - greets people and passes out bulletins at the 9:00 or 11:00 service - Contact Judi Chiboucas (429-6615 or judisierra@sbcglobal.net)
o Head Greeter (once a month a the 9:00 Service only) - makes sure the Café is set up for Sunday Worship, lights the candles in the Sanctuary and Café, takes attendance, in charge of the collection, makes sure Sanctuary is cleaned up for 11:00 service – Contact Judi Chiboucas (429-6615 or judisierra@sbcglobal.net)
o Hearing Assistance Device Team – Our church is working on purchasing equipment to allow people with hearing impairment to hear the worship service clearly on their own personal radio receiver. o New Worship Service Team – As the church grows, we begin to see the need for additional worship services – become part of the team to plan – Contact Judi Chiboucas (429-6615 or judisierra@sbcglobal.net)
o Sing in the Trinity Choir – Help lead God’s people in worship at the 11:00 service through singing – Contact Joe Faith (371-5875 or joe@TrinityWestSac.org)
o Sunday Morning Hospitality - Help us to make people feel welcome by making coffee, arranging for snacks, setting up the refreshment area and/or cleaning up. (Work one or more Sundays each month before or after either service.) – Contact Karen Metcalf (929-7285 or karen.metcalf@comcast.net)
Christmas Eve Opportunities
o Sing in the Christmas Choir – Sing on Christmas Eve at the 7:00 service – Contact Joe Faith (371-5875 or joe@TrinityWestSac.org)
o Play in the Hand Chime Choir – Play hand chimes at Trinity at the 7:00 Christmas Eve service – talk to Nancy Faith or Terri Davis, call the office at 371-5875, or email info@TrinityWestSac.org

Christmas Pageant Help – Help our kids sing at the 5 p.m. Christmas Eve service

o Prop/Set Manager – Help design, create, and manage sets of the Christmas pageant
o Costume/Makeup Manager – Manage children’s costumes and makeup (as necessary)
o Script Prompter – Feed children their lines if they get confused or forget what to say
o Lighting Manager – Design and run lighting for the Christmas Pageant
o Sound Manager – Run the sound board for the Christmas Pageant
Discipleship Opportunities

o Discipleship Communicator – Send emails, write articles to help people to know about events and meetings
o Phone Caller – Make phone calls about events/meetings/activities as needed

o Wednesday Evenings for FIRE/Kids’ Choir/Prayer group
o Some Tuesdays for committee meetings
o Sunday afternoons 6 times/year for Trinity 101
o Other times as needed for classes and meetings
o Discipleship Team Member – Help people of all ages to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ
o Small Group Ministry – Help organize or lead small groups at Trinity
o Midweek Cook – Prepare food for Wednesday FIRE dinners (saves the church lots of money and helps us to eat healthy).
